Filmfaced plywood for smooth fairfaced concrete surfaces
The FinPly formwork panel has been designed for highest requirements and it is used as wall and slab formwork panel. It has a crosswise bonded birch veneer construction, a BFU 100 bonding according to DIN 68705 and it is coated on both sides with a 220 g/m² reinforced phenolic resin coating. Smooth, flat concrete surfaces are generated with FinPly panels. Apart from the regular standard dimensions of 1.25 m x 2.5 m and 1.5 m x 3.0 m, also special lengths are available (1.5 m x 3.6 m and/or 4.0 m).
Type of wood: Finnish birch plywood throughout
Coating: on both sides about 220 g/m² phenolic resin coating, dark brown
Bonding: DIN 68705 Part3, BFU 100, EN 314-2 Class 3
